The ideal candidate is a person who has not just built their own very successful track record in a SaaS sales and marketing environment, but who has made the conscious choice to own their domain and influence others around them. You have a strong grasp on Account Based Marketing (ABM) and understand the role that business development plays in lead qualification and lead generation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct high volume prospecting for qualified leads.

Work closely and collaboratively with the marketing and field sales teams to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans.

Work internally with other departments to ensure proper quality and quantity of demonstrations during pitches.

Schedule online and onsite product demonstrations for Field Sales Representatives for their target customers.

Conduct needs assessment and product demonstration calls with specific prospects as assigned.


An excellent communicator, both written and verbal.

A strong interest in business and sales.

A people person, passionate about sharing the story of Aeria with prospective clients

The desire to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Motivated by goals, with a strong desire to work hard and not only meet, but exceed targets set for oneself.

Willingness to learn and become a master of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

A strong sense of self-motivation.

The ability to think of creative solutions in the face of opposition.

3-5 years of work experience in SaaS sales.
